If you’re new to the area or just want more of the Florida life, be sure to visit Church Street, the unofficial center of Downtown Orlando. Home to the city’s best restaurants, a lively nightlife scene, and the iconic Railroad Depot, Church Street offers several clubs, theaters, shopping complexes, and the state-of-the-art Amway Center Sports arena. Opened in 2010, Amway Center is Downtown Orlando’s number one spot for live sports and music events. The multi-purpose venue is currently home to Orlando’s three major sports teams.
In addition to its proximity to bustling shopping and dining locations, our apartments in Maitland are located near one of Orlando’s top “natural playgrounds,” Lake Eola Park. This 23-acre park features an almost one-mile-long walkway around the perimeter of the lake as well as other attractions such as an event amphitheater, a children’s playground, and a bright-red Chinese pagoda perfect for picnics and outdoor parties.
Just a few minutes northeast, you will find the East End Market where you can celebrate and enjoy the best of what Central Florida has to offer in terms of cooked food, art, and fresh produce. This two-story market and arcade also features world class restaurants, a large event space and a live cooking area. With events almost every week, you will find yourself experiencing something new with every visit.
Our rental community is situated right between major access to some of Central Florida best vacation spots, including Tampa Bay, Kissimmee, and Daytona Beach. Looking for theme park fun? Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld are all just a short drive out of town south of International Drive.
